Designer Participation Requirements:
Designers must provide all required pieces and promotional items by the assigned deadlines and participate in required fittings, promotional shoots, rehearsals, and the live fashion show. Designers are responsible for ensuring all garments are complete, clean, steamed, and runway-ready.

This is more than a runway opportunity — it’s a chance to showcase your brand, create professional content, connect with the local fashion community, and leave with assets you can continue using to grow your brand.

Please Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Island Showcase. If selected, designers will be required to choose a Designer Tier, which will determine the number of looks included in both the runway show and promotional photoshoot. Which is an additional cost

Additional fees apply based on the number of looks you choose to showcase. Tier options, pricing, and included looks will be provided to accepted designers upon selection. By applying, you acknowledge that participation in the show and promotional shoot carries additional costs beyond the application/selection process.
